This is a HUGEX "Spielmann" 38mm waterproof chronograph with the famous Valjoux 22, manufactured in the 1940s. It has a screw back water resistant case with a unique design called "Spielmann" which was used by Universal and other companies at that time. The dial is a rare three-tone design in black and gray with gold mirror circles in the popular snail design.
