This is a beautiful example of a 1940's Marvin chronograph with the famous Valjoux 23 with rare flame lug design. The flame (flame) lug design reminiscent of Patek Philippe's Ref.2431 is a gem that attracts a noble impression and great taste. Although there are some aging changes, it is in a great preservation condition that fully retains the characteristic original case form. The dial and movement are also in good condition.

Case: Shows minor scratches and age but is in good preservation with plenty of original shaping.
Dial: Slight ageing but in excellent condition with iridescent oil film on the dial surface.
Movement: Winding and chrono function is good, accuracy is around 50 seconds per day.
