Manufactured in the 1940s, this is a Wittner rare Val-71 equipped stepped bezel 38mm old water proof chronograph. This rare snap back 38mm water resistant case with big pushers is a gem that was overwhelmingly attractive. This is the third water resistant chronograph of its kind in this era.
