This is a Jules Jurgensen Baby Chronograph Cylinder Design with rare Val-69 made in 1940s. Even though the case diameter is 28mm, the presence of the cylinder case and the intricately designed silver two-tone dial make it a gem with a wonderful presence beyond the case diameter.
