This is a rare 1940s E.GUBELIN Valjoux 22 Two Register Chronograph with a moderate case size of 36mm, but the bezel is thin and designed to make the dial appear larger, so it has a strong presence even though it is 36mm in size. It's also a great piece of jewelry with a silver dial that has aged to a gray tone.
