This is a beautiful example of a very rare triple scale Roman dial 18K yellow gold chronograph with the famous Breitling Venus 175 manufactured in the 1940s. The champagne two-tone color with telemeter (red), minute track (black), tachymeter (blue), and rouletted Roman numerals is a precise and complex dial design unique to the 40's that is rarely seen in Breitling. The rare 18-karat yellow gold case is also hallmarked on the pin that holds the belt in place, and the watch is powered by the famous Venus Cal. 175, which was also used in the Chronomat of the same era, and is definitely a luxury item of its time. It is also in excellent preservation condition, and is a very valuable gem with almost no signs of use.
