This is a beautiful example of a very rare 18K pink gold Breitling "Datura" triple calendar chronograph with the rare Val-23C triple calendar mechanism. It is equipped with the rare 2-resistor chronograph Valjoux 23C with triple calendar mechanism, which shows a clean look different from the 3-resistor Valjoux 72C, and the embossed luxury pink arabic numbers give it a wonderful look unique to the 40s. It is in excellent condition. The dial is in excellent condition, with beautiful luster all over, and the distinctive step lug case with multi-faceted cuts retains its original sharp edges.
