Cartier, rare "Tank Chinoise", Frederic Piguet Cal. FP-21 powered, 18 karat yellow gold, circa 1970s. A rare 1970s Cartier Tank Chinois model in 18k yellow gold, powered by a Frederic Piguet Cal. 21, first produced in 1922 which was inspired by the architectural designs of Chinese temples. It is equipped with the thin and beautifully finished Cal. FP21 movement by Frederic Piguet, which was also used in the Reverso of the same period. The watch comes with its original GF 18KYG D-buckle.
