Cartier, rare "Helm", EWC movment Cal. 7 powered, back-wound, circa 1940s. It was created when Cartier mainly manufactured rectangular models such as the masterpiece Tank, revived the round model in the 1940s. The distinctive case design, created with a helm motif, is very different from traditional designs such as the Tank, but it is a precious gem that shows Cartier's unique originality that cannot be found in other brands. The watch is equipped with the precious EWC Cal.7 back-winding movement. The beautiful symmetrical design of the back winding is also attractive. The original 18k yellow gold D-buckle is included.
