This is a very rare 1950's Jaeger-LeCoultre 18K rose gold 32mm back-winding model with skeleton design. The skeleton design is reminiscent of "Atmos", one of Jaeger-LeCoultre's most famous models. It comes with a precious original GF tailpiece made by AW.
