1942 Longines Cal.23M Step Design Rare 18K Rose Gold with Pink two-tone dial "Pink on Pink"

Very rare 18K rose gold step design case with pink two-tone Roman dial "Pink on Pink" with Longines Cal. 23M manufactured in 1942. This rare piece is made of 18K rose gold, which is rarely seen in vintage Longines watches. The dial is also a rare pink dial with a white rail track and Roman numerals in a roulette pattern. Engraved in French on the back "en souvenir du 75 eme anniversaire de la fabrique des longines", this rare piece is believed to have been made to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the new factory built in 1867.
