Manufactured in the mid-1930s, this is a Longines “Tretake” — a popular stainless steel 30mm waterproof model featuring a rare matte white dial with dolphin indexes and a large logo design.

The model’s name, “Tretake,” derives from its distinctive stepped case design and three-piece screw-back waterproof construction. Though modest in size at 30mm, it exhibits the solid, weighty craftsmanship that exemplifies Longines’ reputation as a master case maker. The matte white dial, adorned with rare dolphin indexes and blue steel leaf hands, beautifully reflects the aesthetic of its era, while the oversized Longines logo, slightly disproportionate to the small case, gives the watch an appealing and unique character.

It is powered by the rare Caliber 10.68Z, finished with Côtes de Genève decoration. The case back bears an engraving, and the watch comes fitted with a modern bamboo-style bracelet, suitable for wrist sizes up to 17.5 cm.
