This is an early 1940's Longines 18K yellow gold 46mm pocket watch with rare Cal.18.89ZABC with Art Deco yellow tone dial. It is powered by the rare Cal.18.89ZABC with a unique snail-shaped slow-action mechanism and beautiful finishing. The dial is a wonderful three-tone Art Deco design with yellow base, matte, circle and mirror circle with rouletted Arabic numerals and bar hands made of blued steel. The case is made of 18-karat yellow gold, and it is a wonderful pocket watch made with high technology and the best materials at a time when wristwatches were already the mainstream. The chronograph and the three-handed watch are excellent examples of the good old Longines world view.

Case: minor scratches and aging, but retains its original shape, volume and hallmarks. Dial: Slightly aged and slightly scratched, but retains clear print and color. Movement: unadjusted, will be delivered after maintenance.
