This is a 1969 Rolex Oyster Perpetual. This is a very clean and simple non-calendar chronometer model. The bracelet is also very clean and original from that time, with a retractable Oyster bracelet. The dial color is not black, but a rare dark gray dial that is rarely seen. *The dial color is not black, but a rare dark gray dial that you don't see very often. This model is different from the usual model, Ref.1018, which is a 35mm model with 20mm belt width (not including the crown).
