This is an Aristo step bezel screw back chronograph from the 1940s. The appeal of this piece lies in the case design. The screw back case is thick and looks as if it has been hollowed out of the metal, which is something that could only be seen in Longines watches of this era. The 35 mm diameter of the case is comfortable to hold in your hand, and the dial design is a complication of mirror circles and inner tachymeter. The color of the dial is pale gold, so it is complex yet simple, and you will never get tired of it. The manufacturer is not a major player, but watches with this style are rarely available.
