This is a very rare Mido multi chrono. The dial is also an elaborate two-tone dial, and although it shows some age, it is a beautiful, original piece with a wonderful atmosphere. It comes with the original tailpiece from the period and also comes with the original steel bells from the 60's to fit it, although it is a later model.
