Manufactured in 1943, this is a very rare Ref.1485 square design water proof case stainless steel model that is rarely seen in Patek Philippe history. It is equipped with a small Cal.10-110 in a side sliding waterproof case made by FB, which is known as Patek Philippe's masterpiece Ref.1463. The square water-resistant case with distinctive lugs is a massive structure despite its small 26mm size, and the satin-finished silver dial with a simple yet good old-fashioned taste is a wonderful gem with a unique color and taste close to gray. It is a super rare item that is rarely seen in Patek, with a square water-resistant case made of stainless steel. The watch comes with a vintage strap, tailpiece and archives that match the age and feel of the watch.
