Manufactured in 1917, Patek Philippe rare 14k rose gold 46mm pocket watch with tropical dial? Breguet index design. This watch has a precious 14k solid gold case that is rarely seen in Patek Philippe. The dial is an excellent example of the popular dial design with Breguet indexes and blued steel Breguet hands, which has a wonderful taste of aging with good texture. The Breguet indexes, minute track and small seconds track are elaborately carved and painted with enamel, similar to later vintage Patek watches. The back of the watch is engraved. Comes with an archive.
