This is a very rare screw back design Patek 565 design FB case model by E,Borel (Ernest Borel) made in 1940s. It is a gem with a wonderful design with durability and massive feeling, manufactured by the same case maker who produces Ref.565 which is traded at a high price in the vintage Patek market. Even though the case size is small, it creates the presence that only FB case can create.
