This is a 1970s Cartier 18-karat gold PARIS Tank with Frederic Piguet Cal. 21 movement. This caliber was famous as an early thin high-grade movement and was used in some Cartier models. The dial is also different from the usual models of this period, with a milky white (ivory-ish) enamel coating that gives it a vintage look. The original 18k D-buckle is also included.
