This is a third generation model of the Omega Marine series manufactured in 1939-40. It was a revolutionary model at the time, with its square shape and water resistance, and became one of the most famous Omega watches of all time. There were two other Marines before this one, but this one is an original piece that was produced with a formal taste in mind.

Case: The case shows some signs of finishing and use in the past, but retains a solid shape.
Dial: Some artisanal scratches can be seen on the top of 11 o'clock. Other than that, the dial is evenly and tastefully aged.
Movement: Winding is good and accuracy is around 20 seconds per day.
