This is a Rolex Oyster Bubbleback Type-AR, probably manufactured from the late 1930s to early 1940s. The feature of this model is that it has a special wide bezel, which is different from the normal AR bubbleback, and two types of this model, LIFE SAVER (Turned Type Ticking) and WIDE FLAT BEZEL (Wide Flat Bezel), were manufactured very few at that time.
