This is a beautiful example of a very rare "PP.565 design" 38mm waterproof chronograph with a black snailed dial, manufactured in the 1940s, unmarked and equipped with the famous Valjoux 22. It has a very rare screw-back water-resistant case with a design reminiscent of Patek Philippe's Ref.565. The dial is a wonderful combination of underglaze telemeter, snail tachymeter and rouletted Arabic indexes. It is a wonderful gem with rich design and quality. The complex multi-scale dials retain their fine print and luster, and the heavily built screw-back waterproof case retains its original plump case shape.

Case: minor scratches and aging, but retains full original volume and shaping. Dial: slight aging and minor scratches, but in good condition with clear print and luster. Movement: winding and chrono functions are good, and the accuracy is around 40 seconds per day.
