A beautifully preserved Longines "Lindbergh" watch, manufactured in the mid-1930s, featuring the Cal. 11L movement in a stainless steel 33mm midsize case, complete with extremely rare accessories.
As is well known, this aviation watch was developed by Charles Lindbergh. The crown at the 2 o’clock position allows the central disc of the dial to rotate, enabling calculations of speed, distance, and fuel consumption in combination with the rotating bezel. Its ingenious design embodies functional beauty, while the meticulous craftsmanship and substantial presence give this 33mm case an impact far beyond its size.
The watch is in excellent overall condition and comes with highly valuable accessories, including the original Lindbergh box, a warranty certificate with a unique serial number, an instruction manual, and a nylon strap believed to be from the same era. This is truly a collector’s item.
