Anonymous, chronograph, Valjoux 22, rare 38mm, "Elmetico", water-resistant, black dial with snail tachymeter scale, circa late 1930s. It has a snap-back early-type water-resistant case with big pushers, called "Elmetico", which is also seen among Bovet and Vetta watches. The dial has a wonderful design unique to this era, combining with the telemeter and snail tachymeter scales, big Arabic numerals and leaf hands. It is powered by the famous Valjoux Cal.22, which was used by Rolex and many other brands in the same era. It is a wonderful gem with excellent design and quality. The rare silver-printed multi-scale dial and the rare flat stepped bezel found in the older era attracts great taste for enthusiasts.
