A very rare Cartier Reverso Duo model in 18 carat yellow gold manufactured in the 1970s. It is equipped with two Jaeger-LeCoultre slim Cal. 838/7 with 5 position adjustment and fine finishing (machine serial number is sequentially numbered), while the thickness of the case is only 9mm it is a very valuable piece of jewelry that symbolizes the high level of technology unique to Jaeger-LeCoultre and the wonderful design of Cartier. It comes with its original crocodile strap (fixed with a 17cm arm circumference) and original 18K yellow gold buckle.
