A very rare "Chronoplan" 18KYG black sector dial manufactured by E. Gubelin in the 1930s. The beautifully lustrous black dial is an embossed Breguet numbered sector dial, which was also seen on the Longines, Omega and International watches of the same era, and the central seconds movement, which was rare in the thirties, enhances the design and beauty of the watch. The case, in 18-carat yellow gold, a rarity in the Movado Chronoplan range, is signed "GUBELIN" on the back and engraved with an identical serial number on the inner case and the last three digits of the serial number on the middle case. It is a gem of value in terms of documentation that allows us to understand that Gubelin had an influence on Movado at that time with its four-position adjustment and C?te de Gen?ve finishes, not to mention the "GUBELIN" signature on the Movado Cal.150MN, which is also equipped with a Movado cal. An extremely valuable 18KYG bracelet by Gayfreres is included in this case.
