This is a beautiful example of a very rare 18K rose gold Pulsation chronograph with a pink two-tone dial from the 1940s. The beautiful pink two-tone dial is enamelled in the same way as Patek Philippe's of the same period, with a massive 18K rose gold case and the C.V434, which was based on the famous Val-23 and improved in-house. It is a wonderful gem that only BACHERON can produce.
