This is a 1953 Rolex Oyster Chronograph Ref.6034 "Pre-Daytona" with a rare matte white dial. It is a rare early Pre-Daytona model equipped with the famous Valjoux 72. The powder white dial unique to the 50's and the printed small crown design reminiscent of the Ref.4500 before the Ref.6034 appeared are a gem of the era and a wonderful taste. The pink indexes are rare among Ref.6034's rich dial variations. It comes with a rare straight end link type Oyster expansion tapered bracelet (wrist size=up to 20cm).

Other details
Case: The case shows minor scratches and aging, but retains its original voluminous case shape. The attached bracelet is in good condition with no stretching. Only the buckle part has been replaced with a later one. Dial: The matt white dial is prone to discoloration, but the original color is well preserved. Movement: no problems with winding or screwing in. Accuracy is around 20 seconds per day.
