This is a very rare black two-tone dial Rolex Ref. 2508 from the 1940s, equipped with the famous Valjoux 22, an 18-karat rose gold Calatrava design chronograph. The sectoral multi-scale design and the two-tone black gilt dial make this a very rare piece. The rare 18-karat rose gold Calatrava case is thick and voluminous, giving it a great sense of weight even though it is not water resistant.
