This is a 1970's Omega Seamaster with Cal.564 Chronometer.
This is the first time I've ever seen an Omega Seamaster with a chronometer. The Cal.564 has a unique mechanism that allows you to adjust the time with a single pull of the crown and change the date instantly with a double pull. It comes with a precious original bracelet (suitable for a wrist size up to 17.5cm), and is recommended as a vintage watch for daily use with water resistance and a calendar mechanism.
