This is a rare silver two-tone multiscale dial with Cal. 33.3CHRO ss 37mm Calatrava chronograph from the 1940s.
The silver two-tone dial with a beautiful luster is a wonderful multi-scale design unique to this era, which includes a tachymeter (black), a pulse meter (red) and a telemeter (blue). The Calatrava case is thick and voluminous even though it is not water resistant, and the bezel is narrow, making use of the complex multi-scale dial.
