This is a very rare 18KYG model Rolex Oyster Chronograph R.4500 made in 1947. This is a rare early Oyster Chronograph equipped with the famous BULGE-23. The Oyster case form is typical of Rolex and the classical dial design of the 40's creates a noble atmosphere. It comes with a skeleton screw back case made afterwards.
