This is a very rare Piaget water-resistant case model from the 1940's.
Despite its 29mm diameter boy's size, it has a three-point screw back case reminiscent of Longines' water-resistant cases. The dial design is also excellent, with an evenly aged powder white dial with luminous numbers, blue steel cobra hands and small seconds, giving it a vintage look.
