This is a rare 1940's Doxa screw back case Patek 565 Design FB case model. It is a gem with a wonderful design with durability and a sense of gravity, manufactured by the same casemaker that produces Ref.565, which is traded at a high price in the vintage Patek market. Even though the case size is small, it produces the presence only FB case can give. *This watch is fitted with a vintage leather strap that appears to be from that time.
