Rolex Oyster, Ref. 4220, small silver dial with roman indexes, stainless steel, circa 1940s.
The silver dial with a rail track is decorated with printed small Roman indexes and engraved dot indexes, combined with baton hands made of blued steel. It comes with a Swiss-made riveted bracelet from the 1950s (suitable for a wrist circumference of up to 18cm).
