It is equipped with Patek Philippe's famous Cal.27-460M, which is considered to be the most perfect vintage mechanical automatic movement. It has a moderate 35mm screw back case with calendar function and water resistance, and is one of the most practical vintage Patek Philippe watches. It's in excellent condition, and the non-polished white gold case, which has turned a gray color with age, is a gem with a wonderful vintage taste. It comes with the precious original AW 18K WG buckle and its archival document.
