This is a very rare cylinder design "Empire" Rolex bubbleback manufactured in the late 1930s. The rare cylinder case with square feet (later models had round feet) was produced only for a short period of time from the late 1930s. It is a rare and precious item in excellent preservation condition, including the pin-croulette dial that retains the vivid colors of the time.
