This is a very rare "Tre-Tacche" minute recorder model with Longines famous Cal.12.68z stop-seconds, manufactured in the early 1940s. This is a super rare piece using a screw-back waterproof case "Tre-Tacche", which is very rare in the stop-seconds market where non-waterproof cases are overwhelmingly common. The minute recorder is the rarest of all stop-seconds among the many variations of toretake cases, including chronographs and three-hand watches, and the minute recorder makes this piece even rarer. The two-tone tachymeter dial, which has aged well with age and the sense of weight and texture unique to toletake and stop-seconds, also has a wonderful taste.Includes a Cromwell expansion straight bracelet (wrist size 17.5 cm).
