This is a very rare silver tonneau design guilloche dial manufactured by Omega from 1916-23.
The thick tonneau case is reminiscent of the Petrograd that was once produced in 1915 and reissued in the 2000s. The dial is very elaborate with a richly designed sunburst guilloché, and the classical texture of this age is a very valuable gem with a wonderful vintage taste.
