This is a very rare 37.5mm Big Calatrava design Art Deco black gilt dial with Longines Cal.15.26 manufactured in 1939. This rare Big Calatrava model is equipped with the large movement Cal.15.26, which is never seen outside of Czech military models of the same age. It was mainly manufactured for a short period of time from 1936 to around 1939 for the European market, and has many dial variations such as silver, white, black, yellow, and porcelain, which were also used in some military models. This model has a rare black dial with a wonderful design that combines an underlining rail track, silver circles, Arabic indexes, and large leaf hands.
