This is a beautiful example of a late 1930's manufactured Rolex "Prince Railway" very rare white and rose gold 3 step design with black gilt dial.
The combination case using white and rose gold, which is rare among the rare 3-step Railway, and the two-tone dial using pink mirror on the gilt dial, which is rare among the precious black dials, are among the rarer and more varied Prince variations. It is a wonderful gem with excellent design. It is in excellent condition and has been well preserved, retaining the case shaping and hallmarks unique to the 3-step design, and the dial retains its iridescent oil film.
