This is a very rare "Birdie Hour" RG x SS model manufactured by Omega in 1939-44.
It has a rare combination of RG x SS Calatrava case with original birdie hour hands, which is very rare. It has a vintage leather strap that seems to have been worn in the 40s and 50s.
