1920's Manufacture Cartier Open Face Pocket Watch with EWC=European Watch Clock & Company Movement 18kt Yellow Gold Model. It is equipped with an EWC movement Cal. 17 line with 18 jewels and 8 posture adjustments, which has a stunningly beautiful finish. The dial is a matte white base with several different guilloché patterns and a very elaborate and beautiful dial design with ruled Roman numerals and blued steel oriental Cartier hands. This is a very precious piece that allows the wearer to appreciate Cartier's unique world view, which cannot be achieved by a watchmaker. The back of the watch is signed with an inlaid finish.
