This is a beautiful piece of a mid-1940s Universal watch, featuring a Caliber 263 movement and a silver two-tone unique dial on a 35mm round stainless steel case. It's a rare model for Universal, as it has a central three-hand movement rather than the more common chronograph. The silver two-tone dial with blue steel hands is designed with a balanced layout of Roman and dot indexes, with a seconds track on the outer rim. The watch is unique and impactful due to its original purple steel hands and the larger 35mm case of the central three-hand model. Overall, it's in excellent vintage condition, and the vintage strap and buckle believed to be from that era add to its collector's item status.
