Manufactured in the 1940s, this Eberhard features the Cal. 16 movement, an 18k yellow gold 39mm case, and an extremely rare three-step bezel three-register chronograph with a luminous dial. The use of the three-step bezel is particularly rare, even among step bezels. Additionally, this piece is a collector's item due to its three-register chronograph, uncommon for the era, and a luminous dial, which is rarely seen in Eberhard watches. The Cal. 16 movement operates the chronograph functions (start, stop, and reset) with the button at the 2 o'clock position. The 4 o'clock position, which appears to be a button, is actually a slide mechanism that, when slid up during chronograph operation, activates the hack feature.
