This is a beautiful Omega "Medicus" watch from the late 1930s, featuring a square hooded lug design and a two-tone dial. It is equipped with the early type center second Cal.23.4SC, which was introduced in 1937. The center second function made it easier to measure heartbeats, and thus the watch was called the "Medicus" or doctor's watch. The unique stay-bright case design and the two-tone dial, which was specially designed for the center second function, show off the excellent Art Deco design of the era. This watch is a masterpiece that not only offers functionality but also showcases the style of the time.
