This is a rare Patek Philippe Ref.533 Calatrava Chronograph in 18K rose gold with a silver Roman dial, manufactured in 1946. It is powered by the Cal.13, which is a modified version of the famous Valjoux 23 movement. The 18K rose gold case with a flat bezel and the silver Roman dial with beautiful enamel coating and color make this watch a masterpiece with a wonderful vintage taste. It comes with the original buckle and archive.
