This is a Patek Philippe masterpiece Ref.130 chronograph with silver Roman dial and 18k yellow gold case, manufactured in 1940. It is a Patek Philippe representative chronograph that equips C.13, which is the Cal.23 improved to the highest standard in-house. The silver dial with satin finish has aged, but it has a natural taste. The 18k yellow gold case, which is characteristic of Ref.130, is in good condition, with the original case shape. The original buckle and archive are included.
