This is a very rare 37mm oversized 18KRG model with an early 1940's Omega automatic Cal.28.10RAPC.
The dial design is also excellent, a silver two-tone dial with pink mirror Arabic numbers and upright triangle indexes. It is a gem that still retains its beautiful two-tone color and has been wonderfully preserved.
